2. Deeper Swept-back Trochlear Groove
The trochlear groove is designed to sweep back posteriorly for better patellar performance, resisting patella crepitus and clunk.
3. Extended Trochlear Groove
Lengthened to further support the patella in deep flexion and provide more support of the quadriceps tendon (105-120 degrees of flexion).
4. Wider Proximal Trochlear Groove
Provides excellent patellar tracking regardless of the patient's Q-angle. The track provides a 6.5 degree valgus angulation and a 2mm lateralized groove.
